About Us

Handles all matters regarding student matriculation, including registration, leaves of absence, withdrawals, and transfers.  The Office is also responsible for providing official copies of related documents including student identification cards, academic transcripts, diplomas, and course descriptions used in applying for the transfer of academic credit to other institutions.

 

Responsible for the scheduling of all classes and classrooms campus wide, for assigning students to homeroom classes, and for tracking student attendance.  The Office also manages the online system through which faculty maintain online records of their currently offered courses, including course descriptions, syllabi, text book and supplemental reading lists, and grading policies.

Q1. How to apply the application of diploma name changes for alumni?

A1:

(1) Mailing Application: Please attach a return envelope, the original diploma and Household Certificate transcript photocopy to apply.

(2) Mailing Address: No.100, Chiao Kwang Rd., Taichung City 40721, Taiwan (R.O.C.)  Overseas Chinese University Registration and Curriculum Section received. Tel (04) 27016855  #1235.

Q2. How to apply leaving school procedures when graduates?

A2: Office of Academic Affairs will websites notice about graduates leaving school procedures and get the certificate information in early of May every year.

Q3. Is application fee for documents pay cash or bill for exchange? Or have any other channels can remittance?

A3: About the application of documents be charged by cash. For far distance the convenience of alumni shall be by post applications, all can though online to apply documents and pay fee by ATM transfer mode.

Q4. How to apply dropouts leave school procedures? Can do it by entrusted to handle?

A4: Personally (or relatives bring attach the power of attorney) to registration and Curriculum Section to get leaving school form and though relevant units to deal. After the completion of procedures, apply for a completion courses certificate. (charge the fee 50 NTD)

Q5. How to apply for the degree certificate of lost?

A5: The place to apply is at the first floor of administration building of Registration and Curriculum Section. Apply in person please bring your national identity card original. Relatives to get need to attach the power of attorney autograph and trustee national identity card original. After auditing documents and returned.
